Appearance: Dark brown, almost black. Lasting medium tan head.
Aroma: Roasted maltiness, cocoa, with fruity tones.
Taste: Sweet, but slightly roasted. Chocolate/cocoa flavored. Slightly sweet, with a fruity aftertaste that lingers.

This is a great starter stout, reminiscent of a slightly sweeter version of Guinness. It’s simple and true to the stout style.

Appearance: Copper with a small head.
Aroma: Toffee and caramel.
Taste: Malty, caramel, toffee…very roasty.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with low carbonation.
Afterglow Amber takes a typical amber beer and adds some roast-like qualities to it. While caramel and toffee are at the forefront of this, this particularly smooth brew reminds me of campfires. And though there’s a lot of sweet flavors in this brew, Afterglow Amber remains well balanced.

Appearance: Cloudy yellow with orange tints.
Aroma: Banana and malt-forward.
Taste: Flavor comes in layers; orange to banana really quickly. Some cloves as well.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with a bit of carbonation.
The B.O.B.’s Hopsun is a malt-forward wheat ale with tropical orange and banana flavors. Cloves give it a bit of spice, but all in all this is a pretty drinkable summertime brew.

6.9% ABV, Draft
Appearance: Burnt orange with a small to medium head.
Aroma: Caramel, a bit of a bready front with banana. Almost smells like banana bread.
Taste: Banana and caramel are immediately present, but are quickly covered up by some hops.
Mouthfeel: Very creamy, with a medium mouthfeel.
Wit Rabbit is an interesting take on an amber ale — it mixes some qualities of hefeweizens with a typical amber. Banana and caramel are the stars here — from the aroma and taste, but are quickly covered up by hops with each sip. The brew is very creamy for an amber, leading to a heavier mouthfeel than one would expect.
