4.9% ABV, Draft
Appearance: Copper with a thin light head
Taste: Malt-forward with plenty of bread-like flavors. It finishes fairly strong, dry and bitter.
Mouthfeel: Creamy with a low level of carbonation.
This cask conditioned collaborative brew certainly matches its name with plenty of traditional English ale flavor and delivers on being bready, yet slightly sweet. Served at cask-appropriate temperatures, this is a great limited addition to the New Holland portfolio.
