Falling Down’s DIPA is a textbook double IPA with a few unique twists. The appearance is fairly standard for a high ABV DIPA.The nose is hugely sweet with a caramel and burnt sugar qualities. The taste consists of a malty backbone and a wave of hops to finish. Just be sure to exude caution on how many pints you have at 9.1% ABV.
