We started Beer of the Day with Brewery Vivant, so it’s only suiting that we end with the Grand Rapids brewery. Vivant’s Tripel features a pack of citrus flavor, and has some sourness to it as well to balance it out. Moderate hops and a subtle honey and biscuit quality makes for a great spring or summer brew.
