Bell’s The Oracle is the Michigan Brewery’s take on a West Coast-style Double India Pale Ale. The name is fitting as this DIPA is sought after but not always found due to its limited release. The aroma and bitter flavors make it clear that this IPA had a lot of hop loving from start to finish. Yet, it is still smooth from first sip to the last swig. The malt-hop balance created with this seasonal by Bell’s will have you seeking its wise counsel.
