7% ABV, Bottle
Appearance: Small dark tan head. Black in color.
Aroma: Tart cherry and roasted malts.
Taste: Cherry with roasts. In others words, sweet with a burnt aftertaste. Not as sour as I smelled.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied, little carbonation and water-like.
This easy drinking brew goes down quick, with a flavor profile that’s not too complex. With cherries and a roasted burnt aftertaste, Cherry Stout wins me over though with its simplicity.
