5% ABV, Bottle
Appearance: A clear reddish orange, with a moderate head. Leaves no lacing around the glass.
Aroma: Smells a bit like fall, and a bit fruity. Good amount of spices from what I can tell.
Taste: Lots of spice, with some nut and roast-like qualities to it. Just a hint of citrus zest.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied, pretty drinkable.
North Peak’s Siren Amber Ale is much better than I remember — with distinct, fall-like flavors that consist of nut, spice and just a hint of citrus zest. It’s not as sweet as most ambers, making a bit more easier to drink. It’s a pretty enjoyable, and would pair perfectly with most outdoorsy food.
