6% ABV, Bottle
Appearance: Clear gold, with some bubbles upon initial pour.
Aroma: Some apples, cherry and honey. Smells a lot like a sweet white wine.
Taste: The honey shines throughout each sip, with some minor flavors of cherry and apples.
Mouthfeel: While this may seem to be light and crisp, the honey actually thickens it a bit.
Acoustic Draft Mead’s ‘honey BzZz is a refreshing take on a mead, and reminds me much more of a cider as opposed to the usual sweet mead. The honey flavors are very prevalent throughout each taste, making the drink seem to have a bit thicker of a mouthfeel. ‘honey BzZz holds some medium carbonation, and has a smooth finish. This definitely has to be one of the most well-balanced meads I’ve had, and is a good sipper during the summer season.
