Kuhnhenn’s Wit is what I like to call a spiced-up version of a typical hefeweizen. The banana and clove flavors are there (along with some sweet bread). But what you get with Wit that you wouldn’t otherwise is a sharp spice during each sip. Its crisp-ness, matched with the flavors, create a pretty balanced witbier that’s enjoyable to drink.
