5.1% ABV, Draft
Appearance: Reddish copper with a solid head.
Aroma: Strong hop aroma, both earthy and citrus.
Taste: Great front-end citrus bitterness, balanced finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with good carbonation.
Paw Paw’s 2 Paws IPA is a very drinkable IPA. With a strong hop aroma that would lead one to expect an over-the-top bitterness, this brew shows great balance of flavor. There’s enough lingering bitterness that leaves you craving more, but it lacks the sort of heaviness that could cause you to stop after just one.
