Arbor Brewing’s Jackhammer is an English Style Old Ale, and one that’s full of flavor. You’re initially met with caramel and toffee flavors, which then lead to some dark fruit and hops. The hops help balance out the brew a bit from its otherwise heavy flavors, and also cover up the high ABV in this brew. While I couldn’t sit down and drink a lot of these, Jackhammer is a decent beer with lots of flavors — perfect on a cold winter night.
