Just in time for the holiday season, Short’s Dingle de Pew is a brew that brings seasonal flavors to the forefront of the palate. While Dingle de Pew is nowhere near as hoppy or pitter as Short’s other spruce beer — Spruce Pilsner — it does bring in some of the spruce flavor and pairs it with dark fruit. There’s still some bitterness present, but this is generally a pretty easy drinking brew.
