Motor City Nut Brown Ale

on December 14 | in Beer of the Day | by | No Comments

5.2% ABV, Bottle

Appearance: Big carbonation and tons of head. Caramel color.
Aroma: Very nutty at first. Not much after.
Taste: Roasted, almost smokey. Somewhat hoppy.
Mouthfeel: Light and slightly thin body.

Motor City Brewing Works Nut Brown Ale is one of the brewery’s flagships on the beer-front. This English Brown opens up with a nice nutty and sweet nose. The color showcases the malt profile but the taste lacks in what the nose and appearance provide. The finish is slightly tart and light and ends up leaving something missing overall.
