Arbor Brewing Sodibo
Appearance: Golden with burnt orange flares.
Aroma: Immediate sour smell, reminiscence of a Shock Tart (apparently recently renamed Shockers). Being so sour forward, it’s hard to pick up any other scent, but I may have possibly picked up malts (that’s debatable).
Taste: Plenty of flavor. While the sour scent definitely comes out in the initial taste, various fruit flavors come though, including lemon, grapefruit and peach.
Mouthfeel: Thin bodied with lovely carbonation.
Once your tongue gets used to the initial sour pow, this brew is very enjoyable. It’s not sweet by any means because the tartness is so strong. I love sour drinks, and this one is a true pleaser. If not for it being a special release, I’d be putting this one in regular rotation.
